Registered Mail shipping incurs an additional charge of €7 + VAT for shipping fees.
Cash on Delivery incurs an additional charge of €7 + VAT for shipping fees.

If the goods are shipped outside the European Union and are subject to customs clearance, all resulting expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

You can track the status of your order through the carrier's website. To do so, please contact Kortexis and request the tracking number.
All products shipped by Kortexis are packed and conditioned in a way to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If any mistake or error is detected in the contents of the shipment, please inform Kortexis immediately via our phone number or email.
Complaints must be made within a maximum of 72 hours after receiving the order.
Returns
Our customers have 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery of their purchase to notify us of any withdrawal or defect. We accept withdrawal from the purchase of the product when there is no sign of use.
The refund process for withdrawal will only begin after the product is received at our facilities and its condition is confirmed. If there are no signs of use, we will refund the amount paid (minus the shipping costs and any expenses incurred during delivery).

When the shipment is subject to customs duties in the destination country, these are the responsibility of the customer.
