Prices
The prices are presented in euros and include VAT at the legal rate.
Kortexis reserves the right to change the prices presented on its website at any time, without prior notice, due to any changes made by its suppliers.
Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer must fill out the provided form. The customer should confirm the details entered in the form before validating the order. Kortexis is not responsible for any errors made in the completion of order forms.
Campaigns and Promotions
The promotions on marked items are valid for the specified period.
Order Confirmation
The customer will receive an automatic email confirmation of their order, provided the email address provided is correct.
Product Availability
Prices and product offers are valid as long as they are visible on our site and within the available stock. Additional information regarding the availability of all items will be provided via email or phone.
In case of difficulties in obtaining a product from our suppliers, the customer will be informed about the status of their order via email or phone. The customer may choose to cancel the order or substitute it with another product.
Payment
The customer can make the payment for their order through the following payment methods:

Non-Payment
Kortexis reserves the right not to deliver an order if there is a total or partial non-payment for the ordered product.
If the order is not delivered due to refusal or failure to pay customs duties, the customer loses the right to a refund and remains liable for the taxes incurred in the destination country for their order.
Warranty
Up to 15 days after delivery. All products from the Kortexis store are covered by the "Satisfaction or Refund" guarantee. This guarantee allows you to return products that you are not satisfied with, and in such cases, Kortexis will either refund you or send you a replacement product.
The cost of shipping in these cases is borne by the customer.
The order confirmation is not a receipt. The customer will only receive their invoice along with the ordered products.
